24/7 Convenience Store Prints, 9x12", 11x14", 18x24"
A convenience store chip aisle in 2025. The reference photo for this painting was taken at my local 7-Eleven in Revere, MA, which I visit at least once a day to clear my mind. When I decided to paint this scene, I was curious about object recognition at super low resolution. The painting features many branded products at a variety of scales, from the 12×12 pixel bags of chips in the foreground to the beverages in the background which are less than 2 pixels, 4-5 RGB subpixels.
Giclée prints on matte photo paper with optional mounting on matboard.
Original painting is RGB oil on 36×48” aluminum panel and was painted from March to June 2025.
Frame not included.
